Bajrangi Bhaijaan, being the latest blockbuster hit featuring Salman Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, stole show for many. But the Eid release was not limited to India. Pakistan went crazy over the film and thus, it should come as no surprise to find Chand Nawab, the real Pakistani journalist, who Nawazuddin plays in the film, boasting with pride.

In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Chand Nawab , from Karachi said this, "I saw the film on the first day it was released in Pakistan. And I was very happy with the way Nawazuddin Siddiqui portrayed me in Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

He further thanked the director of the film, Kabir Khan, Salman Khan and Nawazuddin, for the way the film portrayed him and Pakistan. 

“I was on a TV show with Kabir Khan and he suggested I should come to Mumbai and work in films,” he added. His only wished for his wife to see the film with him, but she passed away last year.

Manjhi -The Mountain Man, releasing on August 21st, 2015. A film by Ketan Mehta starring versatile actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui in and as Manjhi along with Radhika Apte playing his beloved wife, this biopic is the story of an ordinary man who performed the extraordinary. 

The movie which is directed by Ketan Mehta says, “the movie is a true life story of “Dashrath Manjhi” who broke a Mountain – for Love. Dashrath Manjhi was a poorest from the lowest of the low castes, living in a remote village cut off from the world by a rocky mountain range. Life for him was a daily struggle for survival. He loved his wife, Phaguniya, beyond belief. One day while climbing the mountain to bring him food, his wife slipped, fell and died. Overwhelmed by grief, Dashrath decided to carve out a path through the mountain, so that no one else would suffer his fate. For 22 years, all by himself, with just a hammer and a chisel, he hammered away at the rocks, till the path was carved out from the mountain. It is a unique monument to love – An inspiring story of the triumph of the human will – and a passionate love story of the wretched of the earth.

Salman Khan is bound to be in a restless mode as his much awaited film Bajrangi Bhaijaan is releasing in a few days. The two talented actors are seen saying dialogues of one another like, Salman reciting the dialogues of Nawazuddin from the promo and Nawazuddin doing the exact opposite by reciting dialogues of Salman from the promo. This exchange of roles is surely a new thing Salman has tuned into. Earlier also the Being Human star has impressed the masses with his dub smashes and with this one he is surely nailing his new found hobby.

Directed by Kabir Khan, Salman Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan also has beautiful actress Kareena Kapoor Khan in key role. Nawazuddin will be seen playing the role of a journalist and Kareena will play the role of a girl named Rasika.
